Belle Vale officers have been on recent ASB patrols around Huntingtree Park, Halesowen due to concerns raised in regard of the use of illegal e-scooters. We have stopped four individuals on E-scooters who had been seen riding around the park at speed causing ASB. The scooters were seized from these individuals whom were under the age of 18. There are strict rules around using E-Scooters in public and they are that you must be 18 years old with a valid driving licence and Insurance as they are classed as a mechanically propelled vehicle.
